Contribution Rules:

• State of Ohio law requires every contributor to provide his or her personal name, personal address, employer, and occupation.

• If the contributor is self-employed, the business name and occupation of the contributor must be provided.

• Corporate contributions are prohibited.

• Partnerships, LLCs, and other unincorporated entities may contribute, but are required to provide the name of an owner to whom the contribution is attributed.
